However, we require sellers to upload the tracking ID for each shipment, including the driver's name and phone number if possible. This will enable you to track your package and know its whereabouts at all times.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products get to you within the agreed delivery period. If a seller is unable to meet the delivery date, they must inform you and request an extension. If you do not receive your product within the delivery date and the seller has not requested an extension, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money.
We understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we expect sellers to keep you informed and to work with you to resolve any issues. Please keep in mind that sellers are independent entities, and as such, we are not responsible for their actions or shipping practices.
