Step1:

Login to your account, click on my account icon, Select “My Sales” from the seller’s page.

Step2:

Check on the buyer’s details, contact Slash first then the buyer to notify them if the product is currently out of stock and won’t be ready within 24hrs. But if your product is in stock, get them ready for pickup or bring your product to our office at Suite TF15, Olive Plaza, 914 Ahmadu Bello Way, Wuse, Abuja, Nigeria.

Step3:

Check your seller profile to be sure that your pick-up address and phone number are correct. In a few minutes, our pick-up agent would be at your doorstep to pick up your product for scrutiny and proper packaging.

Step4:

Your order will be delivered to your buyer within 24hrs, and when delivery and payment is confirmed, the order status will change to "delivered".

Note: If a product after inspection by our scrutiny team didn’t pass our quality check or listing guideline, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the seller.
