Step1:
Login to your account at www.slash.ng
Step2:
On your dashboard, click on the drop-down menu, click on the “Pickup Delivery” menu, and then select “create new” from the options.
Step3:
Choose your Delivery vehicle type,
• Motor Bike (For smaller and lightweight items)
• Mini Van (For bigger and heavyweight items)
Step4:
On the delivery schedule page, set your preferred;
• Pickup date
• Pickup Address
• Delivery Address
• The Content of your package and
• Method of receiving payment.
You can choose to drop off your package with us at Suite TF15, Olive Plaza, 914 Ahmadu Bello Way, Wuse, Abuja, Nigeria or wait for our pick-up team at your doorstep to pick up your package for free.
Step5:
Upload a clear image of the item or package slash logistics is to deliver, and click on the “Submit” button
NB: Although this is optional, it is recommended, just so we have evidence of the state of your package before pickup.
Step6:
On the payment page, choose either to pay-per-delivery or choose from our delivery subscription plan packages. Process your payment and click on “submit”
Step7:
Wait for your request to be processed, after which you get a tracking ID to track the progress of your delivery
